Schedules
How to Change a Class/Schedule
- Students will be able to view their class schedule prior to each term via Studentvue in Synergy.
- Schedule changes are made during the FIRST WEEK of each trimester.
To change a class, students need to first review the reasons to request a schedule change:
- Student does not have a class scheduled for a particular period
- Incorrect placement for math
- Incorrect placement for world language
- A duplicate class (*two of the same class scheduled)
- At this time, we are only making changes to elective classes. We are not making any changes to core classes or Advisories.
If you fall into one of these categories; please email your counselor to request a change.
Math Placement Policy
Math placement is determined by teacher recommendation only. During a student’s grade level transition teachers make recommendations on which math class would be most appropriate for students for the next academic year. These decisions are based on grades, progress, performance, test scores, and student participation. If you have concerns with regards to your student’s math placement, we recommend that you contact your student’s counselor.
